Terms for a working beta.

These terms are between you and Diravia and set a practical baseline for using the Diravia private beta. By using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep access to your email account and one-time sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your session and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You give Diravia the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that content to operate the service and fulfill features you request.

Acceptable use

Do not use Diravia to break the law, violate another person's rights, probe or disrupt the service, evade rate limits, distribute malware, or submit information you are not authorized to process. Automated or abusive account creation is prohibited.

AI and business decisions

AI output is advisory and can be incomplete or wrong. Review it against your evidence before acting. Diravia does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and the product must not be the sole basis for a consequential decision.

Beta availability

Features may change, be rate-limited, or become temporarily unavailable during the beta. Diravia is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Export important business records you cannot afford to lose.

Suspension and ending use

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service, or for a material violation of these terms. You may stop using Diravia and use the signed-in account menu to delete your account and active account data. If that control is unavailable, contact jqh64@yahoo.com.

Operator and governing law

The service is operated by Diravia. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, Diravia will provide reasonable notice through the product or the account contact channel before it applies.
